After a hard day at the beach Contact Us
Weather it’s a hard day at the beach, or in the surf, or with your friends, or with kids. It’s always great to come home to your clean, quality, comfortable, spacious, Jim’s Beach House.
What you see is what you get, yes it really is what the pictures to the right, show and you can do a walk through from our Virtual Tour page. And you can book it directly through our home page.
And while I’m thinking about stuff you might like to know.
We’re only about 700m from the centre of town and about the same distance from the main beach which is patrolled for most of the time.
We are only about 300m from the nearest beach, which is a white, sandy, lovely wide clean beach.
But it is not patrolled.
Lots of people still go there.
Weather you go there or to the main beach you need to be aware that surf conditions, not just for Byron Bay, but along large sections of the east coast can be dangerous with strong rips.
If you’re more interested in relaxing at home. It’s good to know that you can get Uber food deliveries, but also deliveries from the Woolworths store in town.
New to Byron Bay, our Contact Us and Byron Bay Attractions, pages are must see’s!
If you haven’t been to Byron Bay previously then a walk from Jim’s Beach Houses to the light house is an absolute must do, and an amazing walk it is.
You’ll go past forest and bush land then through a little of the town, past the $100,000,000 Beach Hotel and onto the Main Beach.
Around the beach to The Pass, one of Australia’s best and most well known surfing spots. Up to the top of the “little island” and you would be unlucky not to see dolphins or whales at the right time of the year.
Onwards and upwards along the coast and down into Watego’s Beach famous for Movie Stars, Sport’s Stars and others.
And now the “climb” begins to the Light House and on the way up you will come to Australia’s most easterly point. Selfie time … please don’t climb the fence too many people have fallen off already. And now the last bit to the Light House.
That’s about an hour and half, and now an hour to come back, either along the road or back around the coast.

How to get to Jim’s Beach Houses from Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
There are two local shuttle bus services that will take you from the Airport or a number of other pick up points to with in a few meters of Jim’s Beach House’s if you tell them that’s where you would like to get off. And it only takes a couple of hours. Beware of others that take half a day.
